Orasis financials is arguably one of the modules most practice owners wouldn’t be without. The time saved allows you time better spent with your patients. All patients transactions are kept in their account history and financial reports can be printed off for whatever information you need. For example, end of day banking.

Reports

Recording patients accounts, managing outstanding balances and reporting on the figures are an important part of any successful practice. Orasis financials provides all the information you require.

Epos

At the point of sale, Orasis can link to a cash drawer and a receipt printer to give all the functionality required for a sale. Patient orders are seamlessly converted to a sale and details are all found on the patient record.  A bar code reader can be attached to any or all terminals to speed up the sales process.

NHS Claims

NHS Vouchers are entered onto the system during the Dispensing Process. The system can then produce a monthly report of all NHS forms for you to use to reconcile against the PCT’s report.

VAT Management

VAT configurations are customisable and so analysis of sales and VAT are simple and are not time-consuming.  A report is generated at the end of the day, week or month for VAT analysis. Orasis deals correctly with the partial exemption rules.
