  • Orasis Upgrades.
  • On-site visit by Orasis engineer if required.
  • Manufacturers standard warranty on hardware.
  • Basic cover as provided by the manufacturer.
  • Loan unit.
  • Provision of loan unit if required.
  • Replacement Unit.
  • Provision of replacement unit if required.

Please note:
Responsibility for regular backups and verification of the data remains with the user.

Data integrity validation
Checking the integrity of your database should a corruption occur.

Software maintenance and support per month £40.00 (included in rental option).

Training

Training is vitally important to ensure the practice, business and your staff get the best out of Orasis.

The training is provided online or onsite to make sure that your staff are comfortable with our software and that they have the confidence to use the system.

Online Training

If you are very computer literate, you will find the software very simple to follow and easy to use and you may feel you can cope on your own with the help of some online training. This is absolutely fine and of course, cheaper than on-site training.
£60 per hour.

Onsite Training

On site – generally on Installation day.
£80 per hour.
